⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blue Beacon Wash did an amazing job on our fifth wheel! For only $53, depending on the length of your RV, you really can’t beat the price. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and worked hard to make everything look great. Our rig came out shining and looking road-trip ready again. We’ll definitely be back

Terrible Service & Even Worse Wash – Save Your Money! ​I am beyond disappointed with the experience my fiancé had at this location. We had been warned beforehand that the crew here often closes the bay doors—not because they are closed for business, but to trick drivers into moving on so they don't have to work. It turns out that rumor was 100% accurate. ​From the second he pulled up, he was met with nothing but attitude. My fiancé was polite, saying "thank you, sir" multiple times, only to be met with total silence. The employee didn't open his mouth once. It’s clear there is zero customer service training at this facility. ​As for the "wash" itself? It was a joke. After finishing, a quick walk-around revealed: ​Massive streaks all over the body. ​Leftover dirt and debris that wasn't even touched. ​Soap residue still clinging to the truck. ​When he spoke to the manager, he received an apology but was told a refund could not be provided. Instead, he was told to sit through the line all over again. Our time is valuable, and we shouldn't have to come thru the line again because the staff was too lazy to do it right the first time. ​This location is seriously tarnishing the Blue Beaco

I have been washing my trucks at Blue Beacon locations for the past 6 years across both the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, this location provided by far the worst wash experience I have ever had. When I asked the manager about the quality of the wash, his response was simply, “Yes, this is all we do. It’s paint, don’t worry about it.” That kind of response is disappointing and not what customers expect. I would strongly suggest that the franchise owner and the company look into hiring someone more professional to manage this location. With better management and attention to quality, you would certainly retain more customers and likely increase business.

What can I say. Its the streakin beacon. They washed my truck,trailer and I got a washout. It had salt on it so admittedly its gonna be a time consuming wash. I told them that so I expected them to go over the cab and wash the remaining soap and runoff remaining with a garden hose. They did not. They did spray a ton of water on it, but missed the mudflap weights, decent job on back of my sleeper but ignored my shiny trailer doors completely. I pulled back around after it had dried a little and they did re wash them. But there was so much soap left of the truck and under the cab and trailer that the runoff after I came down the road looks horrible. As a trucker I know it takes 2 good washes and a rainstorm to get all the crap off after running on snow and salt. But missing my doors and chrome weights on my front fender mudflaps is just unacceptable. 1 corner of the stainless trailer front cleaned, the other left covered in dried soap. I dont wanna be too harsh but damn. I do expect it to be as clean or cleaner than if I washed it.

I use blue beacon a lot an most do a really decent job. But im certainly pretty disappointed in how my truck looks after paying good money I expect better results
